     Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products (each item is custom-crafted to your specifications), **we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons**, including but not limited to: change of mind, color preference, or slight design variations inherent in handmade items.  

For Quality Issues:

     If you receive a defective/damaged product or an incorrect size, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery:

- Provide: Order number + Photos/Videos clearly showing the issue.  

We will offer a free replacement upon verification. Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by us.
