The packaging is beautiful and the item was carefully packed for shipping. The Seraphinite is gorgeous in black and I requested a green crystal. It is comfortable and can be adjusted to sit higher or lower on your neck. I can wear this all day. Beautiful craftsman and attention to the wearers requests.
